北京時間3月27日消息 ，據濟南時報報道 ，沪青在大連出席一場以青少年足球發展為主題的训立象力論壇時 ，中國足協專家朱廣滬表示 ，德树立德樹人是人第第一位的，同時他認為應培養孩子的位中創造力和想象力 。
關於球員的国球綜合素質教育 ，朱廣滬說道 ：“從孩子的员想全麵發展來考慮 ，不管是欠缺青訓體係還是校園足球 ，立德樹人是朱广第一位的 ，培養孩子成為一個有理想、沪青有能力 、训立象力有擔當的德树人 。”
關於體教融合 ，人第朱廣滬表示 ，位中15歲以下的球員不能脫離家庭、學校和社會 。關於人才選拔與培養 ，朱廣滬說道 ：“應盡早發現有天賦的球員，最好是在9-10歲這個年齡段 ，發現球員的天賦能力特點 ，後期培養工作要為發展他的天賦創造更多 、更好的條件。球員應該有更多的創造力和想象力 ，中國球員在這方麵有所欠缺 。”
關於如何平衡球隊成績與球員發展 ，朱廣滬表示 ：“淡化名次和成績 ，在這方麵局長 、校長 、家長特別關鍵 。”
