And to prepare for Tony Dinozzo's sendoff, the show has released a new promo sure to get the tears flowing.
The video, which you can watch above, is one part teases and one part tribute to the lovable character, who has appeared on the show for 13 seasons.
SEE ALSO:An impressive by-the-numbers look at 300 episodes of 'NCIS'His loss, no doubt, will be a blow to the show, as his character often was the source of much-needed levity. But NCIShas been hard at work trying to find new blood to potentially get the team's numbers back to normal.
Last month, the show cast 24alum Sarah Clarke and British actor Duane Henry as new characters who will appear in the last two episodes of the season, with potential to return for Season 14.
Weatherly announced his departure back in January.
The final two episodes of season 13 of NCIS will air on Tuesday, May 10, and Tuesday, May 17.
