4.加入適量黑胡椒粉。

5.鍋內熱油後放入牛扒。

6.一麵煎5秒後翻麵。

7.改小點火，多翻麵至牛扒喜歡的熟度。

8.牛扒盛出來，把之前醃製牛扒的醬汁倒入鍋內加熱。

9.加熱後的醬汁澆在之前煎好的牛扒身上。
