1.牛扒兩塊洗淨瀝幹水備用。
2.擠入一點cook100蒜香燒烤醬到牛扒身上 。
3.用筷子攪拌均勻燒烤醬 ，讓牛扒身上沾滿醬 。蒜香烧烤
4.加入適量黑胡椒粉 。
5.鍋內熱油後放入牛扒。
6.一麵煎5秒後翻麵 。
7.改小點火 ，多翻麵至牛扒喜歡的熟度 。
8.牛扒盛出來 ，把之前醃製牛扒的醬汁倒入鍋內加熱 。
9.加熱後的醬汁澆在之前煎好的牛扒身上 。
