1.備好材料 。
2.吐司把邊切去 。
3.烤腸切片 。
4.取其中2片吐司和幾片烤腸備好 。
5.取一片吐司放在盤中備用 。
6.烤腸以四片為一組鋪在吐司上 。
7.鋪上芝士 。
8.再鋪一層烤腸 。
9.和一片芝士 。
10.最後蓋上吐司片 。
11.打兩隻雞蛋在碗裏 ，並倒入牛奶。
12.打散 ，加入鹽 ，和黑胡椒 。
13.鍋中放油加熱 。
14.蛋液倒入盤裏 。
15.組合好的吐司輕輕的蘸滿蛋液。
16.放入已加熱好的油鍋裏煎製 。
17.小火煎製到兩麵金黃即可。
18.取出放在吸油紙上瀝幹油份 。
19.以對角線切成兩半 。再撒些黑胡椒 。
20.成型。
