1.將材料準備好 。
2.將菇類洗淨切片備用 。
3.將鍋內加入適量涼水燒沸後放入切成片的菇類焯水後 ，撈出備用 。杂菇
4.豬肉切片後加入料酒和生粉抓勻後醃製半個小時 。
5.鍋熱後加入醃製好的豬肉片翻炒均勻。
6.豬肉炒至變色後加入蔥薑片 ，炒出香味。
7.根據個人口味加入適量黑胡椒粉翻炒均勻。
8.加入菇類翻炒均勻 。
9.加入適量蠔油翻炒 。
10.出鍋前加入適量羅勒翻炒均勻即可出鍋裝盤 。
11.第二次做的時候又加入了胡蘿卜 ，營養又周全了 。
羅勒黑胡椒炒雜菇理解起來並不難，但真要做好它 ，其實也不是非常容易 ，這就需要我們大家自己注意 ，還有就是勤奮的練習 。
