1.將材料準備好 。
2.將菇類洗淨切片備用。
3.將鍋內加入適量涼水燒沸後放入切成片的菇類焯水後 ，撈出備用。杂菇
4.豬肉切片後加入料酒和生粉抓勻後醃製半個小時 。
5.鍋熱後加入醃製好的豬肉片翻炒均勻。

8.加入菇類翻炒均勻 。
