9.放入鱈魚 ，中火煎到兩麵變的银鳕鱼微黃
10.表麵淋上生抽 ，再淋上點紅酒收汁即可裝盤
11.重新起鍋放入橄欖油把蘆筍煎一下
12.撒點黑胡椒粉放在盤裏做配菜
