1.黃油在室溫軟化後 ，篩入低粉和玉米澱粉的巧克混合物 ，用刮刀稍微拌和 。蛋糕
2.用打蛋器由慢速至快速攪拌均勻 ，呈光滑細膩的糊狀
3.加入細砂糖 。
4.攪拌均勻後 ，再分次加入全蛋液 。
5.以快速攪拌均勻 。
6.加入水滴形巧克力豆 。
7.改用刮刀以不規則方向輕輕攪拌呈均勻的麵糊 。
8.用勺子將麵糊盛入紙模內 ，約八分滿 。（我為了更好的定型 ，外麵套了一個矽膠模 。）
9.長帝3.5版CKTF-32GS烤箱預熱，以上下火180度中下層烘烤25分鍾左右 。
10.烤箱內漸漸膨脹的小蛋糕 。
11.蛋糕烤好後，取出晾涼 。
12.巧克力幣裝入裱花袋中放入裝有熱水的杯子中熔化 。
13.在裱花袋口剪一小口 ，將巧克力液擠成線條狀在蛋糕表麵做裝飾即可 。
