1.黃油在室溫軟化後,篩入低粉和玉米澱粉的巧克混合物 ,用刮刀稍微拌和 。蛋糕

2.用打蛋器由慢速至快速攪拌均勻 ,呈光滑細膩的糊狀

3.加入細砂糖。

4.攪拌均勻後 ,再分次加入全蛋液。

5.以快速攪拌均勻 。

6.加入水滴形巧克力豆。

7.改用刮刀以不規則方向輕輕攪拌呈均勻的麵糊。

8.用勺子將麵糊盛入紙模內,約八分滿。(我為了更好的定型,外麵套了一個矽膠模。)

9.長帝3.5版CKTF-32GS烤箱預熱 ,以上下火180度中下層烘烤25分鍾左右 。

10.烤箱內漸漸膨脹的小蛋糕。

11.蛋糕烤好後,取出晾涼。

12.巧克力幣裝入裱花袋中放入裝有熱水的杯子中熔化 。

13.在裱花袋口剪一小口 ,將巧克力液擠成線條狀在蛋糕表麵做裝飾即可 。
