Hillary Clinton tried to shut down conservative critics on The Daily Show.
Sitting down with Trevor Noah on Wednesday night, Clinton addressed criticism over her campaign's decision to fund the "Steele dossier" (of "pee tape" fame) put together by research firm Fusion GPS. Clinton pointed out that the research was first paid for by a conservative website.

The dossier's existence didn't emerge until after Trump won the election — and neither did the fact the FBI was looking into collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign.
"Voters should have had that information," Clinton said.
Trump has been trying to shift attention toward Clinton as members of his campaign team are hit with indictments.
Earlier in the interview, she also talked about the danger Russian ads and "fake news" pose to our democracy.
"That's classic propaganda and Russia is really good at it," she said. "We've never had an adversary that's attacked us with so few consequences."
