3月11日，官方山東省足球運動協會官方宣布，足校张涛主帅曾带魯能足校教練張濤正式出任山東成年女足主教練。教练

張濤，出任出崔亞足聯A級教練員，山东曾效力於北京首鋼、女足大連順發、鹏王廈門遠華、永珀北京大華幫等職業足球俱樂部。官方

作為魯能足校元老級教練，足校张涛主帅曾带1999年魯能足校建校以來張濤就是教练第一批教練。作為冠軍教練，出任出崔張濤教練先後帶領球隊奪得了二十餘個冠軍，山东帶出了周海濱、女足崔鵬、鹏王王永珀、何小柯等球員。去年的十四運賽場，張濤帶領山東女足青年隊獲得第四名，取得了山東女足青年隊在全運曆史上的突破。

在陝西全運會中，山東成年女足取得第五名的成績。相信張濤教練的加入，山東女足勢必將勇攀高峰，彰顯鏗鏘風采。
