韓喬生說道 ：“中超在哪比賽 ，球现何時比賽 ，地鸡又一次陷入了難題 。毛足由於國腳隔離 ，协扩俱樂部欠薪 ，军改還有擴軍改革等很多的不懂問題 ，導致人湊不齊、韩乔錢湊不齊 、生中隊湊不齊 ，国足革让聯賽是球现一拖再拖。在欠薪的地鸡情況下還擴軍真有些荒唐 ，倒不如擇優錄取 。毛足”
“90年代初 ，日本遭遇經濟泡沫 ，日本足協直接去職業化改革超級聯賽 ，當初隻有10支球隊參加 ，堅持的原則就是寧缺毋濫 ，直到98年才擴軍到了18支球隊，當然人家的規則也是循序漸進的更改。從最初取消升降級到掐死工資帽，最後實現俱樂部財政公開化 ，嚴格按照足球自身規律進行規劃改革 。”
“反觀中國足球 ，與日本是同時改革 ，如今是一地雞毛 ，現在各種問題頻出 ，摁下葫蘆起了瓢 。再加上疫情影響，還想著擴軍 ，而不是思考如何穩住根基 、消除欠薪等問題 ，中國足協這波擴軍的改革真的是讓人看不懂。”
