據悉 ，申花國足教練組原計劃征調28名球員參加本期集訓，鼓励但隊長蒿俊閔 、曹赟入籍中衛蔣光太分別因傷病等原因確認無法參訓 ，定重教練組因此補招來自山東泰山俱樂部的返国徐新 、鄭錚。足集然而就在訓練開始前1晚 ，训队献力國足又接到了費南多代表俱樂部參加熱身時受傷的壞消息 。主教練李鐵不得已重新圈定替補人選 。曹贇定正是在這個背景下接到征調通知的 。
