In the run-up to GDPR, the European Union's new data privacy directive (which goes into effect Friday), people across the internet have been bombarded with emails and pop-ups from brands disclosing updates to their terms of service.

But perhaps the greatest GDPR meme of all comes from Star Wars: The Last Jedidirector Rian Johnson.
You're probably familiar with the classic Star Wars opening crawl, which gives the audience a primer about what went down, plot-wise, prior to the events of the film. But an opening crawl from any point in the past week -- even in another galaxy, tbh -- would probably look like this:
