阿聯邦法官阿魯拉爾德對此做出判決 ，其退全部對巴斯蒂圖塔2005年退役後其名下的役后全部財產實施預防性扣押 ，直至其補交齊拖欠的财产個人財產稅及相關罰款與利息 。
現年53歲的战神巴蒂斯圖塔是阿根廷著名足球運動員，曾效力於阿根廷河床和博卡青年隊 ，巴蒂以及意大利佛羅倫薩 、斯图税羅馬 、塔漏國際米蘭等國際知名俱樂部 ，根廷曾當選意甲聯賽最佳射手 。
20世紀90年代初入選阿根廷國家隊 ，擔任主力前鋒，代表阿根廷出場77次，打進54球 ，參加過三屆世界杯和三屆美洲杯 ，奪得兩屆美洲杯冠軍 。
此外 ，巴蒂斯圖塔還曾是阿根廷國家隊曆史上進球最多的球員 ，直到2016年被梅西超越 。
