2021年11月10日 ，国安官宣构共北京國安足球俱樂部與7家青訓培訓機構合作簽約儀式在國安東城訓練基地舉行。签约俱樂部副總經理張智君 、家青京青青訓發展部負責人路鳴與7家培訓機構負責人完成簽約 ，训机共同助力北京青少年足球普及和發展。同助
其中斯巴達克 、力北太空翼 、少年環宇回聯和河北國赫四家足球俱樂部為續約合同 ，足球北京國安與這四家俱樂部多年合作的普及情況下 ，在足球青訓培訓理念上達成一致，发展未來大家會在青少年足球運動員培養領域更進一步地深入合作 。国安官宣构共
銀潮 、签约中隆和團隊之星三家俱樂部也完成了與北京國安的家青京青簽約 ，作為多年來一直在青少年足球領域耕耘的训机培訓機構 ，北京國安對於這三家俱樂部的同助培訓理念和培訓方式表示認可 ，同時會在以後的合作中利用技術 、球探 、教練 、裝備等多方麵的專業優勢提供支持 。
未來北京國安不僅會建設好U12-U21直屬梯隊的青訓體係 ，更會關注U8-U12青少年足球運動員培養和發展 。堅持教育和體育相結合的全新青訓理念 ，與青少年足球、社區足球培訓機構一起 ，持續關注小球員教育和體育的多重發展 ，不斷創新體教結合的青訓模式，培養出新一代高水平足球後備人才 。
