曼聯在官網上寫道 ：“家庭比一切都重要 ，缺席切都C羅在這個極其困難的双红時刻支持他的親人 。因此，庭比我們可以確認他不會出戰周二晚上在安菲爾德對陣利物浦的曼联比賽 ，我們也強調 ，官方C羅家人要求保留私人空間 。因丧克裏斯蒂亞諾，痛重我們都在掛念你，缺席切都為你的双红家人送去力量 。”
