10月14日上午 ，河北河北省體育局大球運動管理中心主任董偉 、省廊廊坊市體育局副局長郭愛民 、坊市河北省足協副秘書長王哲 、体育廊坊市足協主席張勝軍等領導來到河北足球俱樂部訓練基地進行考察、局领经营进行交流調研 。导考河北足球俱樂部總經理李君全程陪同考察 。察河
考察團一行首先在基地參觀了河北足球俱樂部各級青訓梯隊的北队訓練情況 。在北院的状况6號場地 ，河北足球俱樂部U15梯隊正在訓練 ，河北而在南院的省廊幾片場地 ，包括U19 、坊市U17 、体育U16 、局领经营进行交流U14 、导考U13和U12等梯隊同時在刻苦訓練 ，幸福小將們在訓練場上認真投入 ，展現了良好的競技水平和精神狀態 。
隨後在訓練基地辦公樓的黨建辦公室，考察團聽取了河北足球俱樂部2021年青訓工作匯報 。省 、市體育局的領導對河北足球俱樂部完善的青訓梯隊建製 、過往幾年取得的優異成績 、為河北足球培養優秀人才 ，以及多年來對足球青訓事業的堅持 、貢獻 ，表示了肯定和讚許。會議上 ，考察團與俱樂部領導層就目前俱樂部的經營狀況和存在的困難也進行了深入地交流 。
