本菲卡VS皇馬
比利亞雷亞爾VS曼城
馬競VS拜仁
薩爾茨堡VS利物浦
國米VS阿賈克斯
裏斯本競技VS尤文圖斯
切爾西VS裏爾
巴黎VS曼聯
本次抽簽 ，抽签規則方麵與往常一樣 ，巴黎拜仁16進8的曼联马竞首輪淘汰賽同樣也會采用抽簽來決定命運 。A-H組的狭路相逢小組第一名將會是種子隊 ，對戰A-H組的欧冠小組第二 。其中 ，决赛同國聯賽的抽签會有回避原則 ，比如曼市雙雄不可能遇到切爾西（英超） ，巴黎拜仁尤文不能碰國米（意甲）；同組也會有回避限製 ，曼联马竞比如裏爾和薩爾茨堡（G組第一 、狭路相逢第二） ，欧冠不會再次相遇了 。决赛到下輪比賽該項規則會被取消 。抽签
至於比賽時間將會被安排在明年的2月下旬和3月中上旬舉辦 ，依然是大家十分熟悉的主客場比賽製 。隻不過“客場進球”規則將會被廢除 ，如果雙方在主場和客場兩戰後總比分打平 ，那麽將直接進行上下半場總計30分鍾加時賽；如果加時賽依舊是難分勝負 ，將會直接踢點球來決勝 。這個規則改變會帶來比較大的波動 ，在過去客場瘋狂進球、主場主抓防守是很多隊伍的策略；很顯然 ，這將不再奏效 。理論上，對於崇尚進攻的球隊比較有利 。
