每4個小時就要給寶寶量一次體溫 ，如果胎兒出生之後有青紫以及呼吸困難等症狀 ，還需要進行氧氣治療 ，早產兒出生之後的2~4小時，可以給寶寶喂一點糖水 ，如果寶寶能適應燙水並且不嘔吐，6~8小時之後就可以給寶寶喂奶了 。
