11.把麵團排氣,搓成長條。

12.切成小劑子。

13.擀成中間厚,周圍薄的皮 ,包入肉餡 。

14.包好的包子最後醒發20分鍾。

15.平底鍋刷油,鋪上包子。

16.倒入沒過包子三分之一的水 ,蓋蓋子把水收幹即可(為了好看我加了一點芝麻)。

17.剩下的包子直接上鍋蒸了 ,溫水上鍋 ,冒蒸氣後繼續蒸5分鍾 ,關火,燜3分鍾後開蓋子即可 。
