在俄烏軍事衝突爆發後 ，欧足在烏克蘭 、联官乐部两名联赛俄羅斯兩國足球聯賽踢球的许俱很多球員受到了影響 。本周一歐足聯官方宣布 ，注册战允許每家俱樂部在本賽季剩餘的俄乌歐戰中注冊最多兩名從烏克蘭聯賽或俄羅斯聯賽解約的球員 。
此前國際足聯已經臨時修改了球員轉會條例 ，踢欧在烏克蘭或俄羅斯聯賽踢球的欧足球員們可以要求解約 ，而這些球員可以在2022年6月30日之前為另一家俱樂部效力 。联官乐部两名联赛
而本周一歐足聯官網宣布 ：“歐足聯執委會今天決定修改2021-22賽季的许俱歐冠、歐聯杯 、注册战歐會杯規則，俄乌允許每家俱樂部在2022年4月1日前注冊最多兩名新的踢欧符合條件的球員 ，參加本賽季剩餘的欧足歐戰比賽 。為獲得參加上述歐戰賽事的联官乐部两名联赛資格，此類新球員均應按照國際足聯規則在各國足協正式注冊為相關俱樂部參賽 。许俱”
同時歐足聯還宣布，2021-22賽季的女足歐冠賽事也有類似的規則 ，允許每家俱樂部在2022年4月7日前為本賽季剩餘的賽事注冊最多兩名符合國際足聯轉會規則的球員 。
