徐亮說道 ：“我是有部因没多想用實力去證明自己 ，但是门烂這個行業有些部門爛到根兒上了 ，同樣有些隊員也不爭氣，到根甚至應該為人師表的报国教練員也淨扯些閑淡 ，所以導致這個行業本身就沒那麽幹淨 。无门”
“我們不說能力大小、比心體係對錯，徐亮行业你在這裏邊 ，足球你在這個行業裏邊 ，有部因没掙著一些不該掙的门烂錢 ，扯著一些不該扯的到根淡 ，就從這一點 ，报国你就該罵 。”
“有些人為什麽還願意出來說兩句，我捫心自問我沒毛病 ，有些人他不敢說話是因為他自己心虛 ，當然不全部都是這樣。當我每次想拿成績 、實力說話的時候，我就又給自己勸回來了，我報國無門呐 ，我28歲當打之年 ，他說不讓我去他就不讓我去了 ，原因就是因為我沒‘比心’ 。但當我是想去當好一個教練的時候，又因為沒有‘比心’ ，我又一次跌到了門外 ，但是沒辦法 ，各行各業都存在這樣的現象 ，我有什麽辦法 。”
“我們無法改變這樣的現狀 ，我們無法改變這樣的頹勢 ，所以好不了 ，足球界有他們這樣一幫人也好不了 ，該罵 。”
“使勁噴、該噴 ，那些不敢說話的 ，鬧這麽大動靜，足協不該說句話嗎 ？我認為該說一句 ，哪怕站在中間說句話 ，有什麽不能說的 ，一到這時候 ，慫包 ，全縮回去了，敢說不，敢開個賬號說兩句不 ，以個人的名義 ，都不用以足協的名義 ，說兩句公道話 ，屁都不敢放 ！”（DD）
