北京時間8月27日，皇马西甲豪門皇家馬德裏官方宣布，官方球隊與巴西球員卡塞米羅完成續約，卡塞新的米罗合同簽約至2025年6月底。

2013年1月，完成卡塞米羅租借加盟皇家馬德裏，续约2013年6月，双方皇馬執行了卡塞米羅的签约買斷選項。2014年，至年卡塞米羅租借至波爾圖，皇马租期為一個賽季。官方2015年回歸皇馬一線隊後，卡塞卡塞米羅共為皇馬一線隊出戰288場，米罗打進30球，完成並隨隊獲得4座歐冠冠軍獎杯、续约3次世俱杯冠軍、2次歐洲超級杯冠軍、2次西甲冠軍、1次國王杯和2次西班牙超級杯冠軍。
