北京時間1月4日淩晨 ，官方过少葡萄牙體育女足官方宣布 ，沈梦时间與中國女足隊員沈夢露終止職業合同 。露葡葡萄牙體育女足官推表示：“感謝 ，萄牙体育希望你未來好運 。解约”
沈夢露於2021年7月加盟葡萄牙體育女足 。曝因10月31日在對陣阿爾韋卡女足時 ，出场沈夢露替補出場上演了帽子戲法 ，官方过少幫助球隊7-0大勝 。沈梦时间
據悉 ，露葡沈夢露之所以選擇與葡萄牙體育女足終止合同 ，萄牙体育是解约希望能獲得更多的出場時間 ，因此提前解除了雙方之間的曝因3+1合同 。不過雖然離開了葡萄牙體育女足，出场但沈夢露將繼續留在葡萄牙追夢 。官方过少
就在1月2日 ，沈夢露還更新了個人的《夢露半月記》 。沈夢露寫道：歲月轉瞬即逝 ，依托著“一切都會好起來的”能量 ，我帶著喜悅 、悲傷和不甘來到了辛醜年的月末 。這是我們寄予美好希望的又一年 ，雖然還是不太盡如人意 ，疫情也沒有好太多 ，反反複複 ，但終歸在向好，希望的曙光正逐漸明亮 。
仿佛我所有的記憶就是從登上去往葡萄牙的航班開始的 ，這半年在我的生命裏留下了太多深刻的印象 ，把整個人都洗禮了一遍，仿佛獲得了新生 ，變得更加皮實 、有韌性 ，我更加堅信沒有困難是可以打倒我的 ，跌倒了，我也會再爬起來 ，縱使前方溝壑縱橫 ，有千山萬水的阻攔，我也會保持初心 ，腳踏實地一步一個腳印的走下去 。
