北京時間12月22日 ，莱科中超聯賽第18輪，山东赛季上海海港0-0戰平廣州隊 ，创造由於山東泰山隊2-1戰勝長春亞泰 ，完美在聯賽還剩下4輪的关心情況下，積分領先已經達到10分，自身距離聯賽冠軍僅一步之遙 。表现
賽後海港主教練萊科表示 ：“關於比賽結果有點失望 ，莱科我們可以配得上更多 ，山东赛季我們努力去冒險，创造去進攻 ，完美去取得進球 。关心對手非常難纏 ，自身有很多有水平有能力的表现球員 。當然我也開心看到我們的莱科球員在場上的表現 ，我們剛剛在三天前進行了一場艱苦的比賽，球隊回到了正確的道路上 ，這也是我們目前發揮的最佳水平，但是在門前殺死比賽上有所欠缺 。”
對於山東隊積分領先達到10分，萊科表示 ：“我尊重這個對手 ，他們進行了非常完美的賽季 ，外援齊整度方麵做得很好 ，備戰充分，一直在取得勝利 。他們所取得的成績 ，跟我們隊沒有太大關係 ，我的目的是一心一意讓球隊發揮得更好 ，達到最好水平。通過一年的努力 ，球隊提高了很多 ，我們隻關注我們自己的表現，下一場我們的對手是深圳 ，我的關注點在這裏 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
