北京時間10月19日消息 ，據中國青年報報道 ，欠薪國足與阿曼的中队退“生死大戰”亦可被視作中國足球的“生死大戰” 。
按照中國足球自身特有的超队出運行邏輯，國字號球隊成績幾乎可以決定聯賽發展的不到半数前景 。而作為中國職業（專業）足球的国足基本建築 ，職業聯賽本賽季“冷淡收場” 、输马上新賽季“無所適從”的某球可能性正在逐步增加。
一個權威性和話語權都不足以保持“穩定狀態”的欠薪聯賽，自然很難獲得讚助商及球迷的中队退青睞 ，更何況聯賽參與主體“家家有本難念的超队出經”，一位現役球員告訴記者 ：“不欠薪的不到半数（中超）俱樂部據我所知不到半數，欠薪的国足最少也是欠1個季度了 ，大家現在都是输马上硬著頭皮在踢，真不知道還能踢多久 。某球國家隊贏了還好 ，能刺激一下 ，要是輸了 ，馬上就會有接著退出（職業聯賽）的 ，是真的活不下去了 。”
