據悉 ，霞钦晓旭馬曉旭這次進入女足教練組 ，点马队进是加入教练主教練水慶霞欽點的 ，希望這位曾經的女足鋒霸 ，幫助訓練中國女足的组帮助训進攻。此外 ，练球中國足協也有意像男足那樣 ，水庆讓一些女足退役國腳進入國字號 ，把自己的經驗傳授給現役國腳 。
在國家隊名單中 ，馬曉旭的身份是“訓練員” ，和劉麟、張峻的“助理教練”不同 ，這是因為馬曉旭證書級別不夠 。據了解 ，馬曉旭目前持有的是C級教練員證書 ，未達到女足要求的B級教練員證書 ，所以在稱謂上，不能報名助教 ，隻能是“訓練員”。
