幾內亞比紹官方申請比賽延期 ，足協高管特謝拉一度表示 ：“逼我們比賽就是犯罪 。”但是 ，幾內亞比紹延期比賽的請求被駁回 ，他們不得不在缺兵少將且睡眠質量不佳的情況下出場比賽。最終，幾內亞比紹0-5不敵摩洛哥 。
