對於洛國富的超归情況，袁野表示 ：“洛國富不是化球后說想代表中國參加比賽 ，想參加中超嗎 ？员背我想洛國富說的是心裏話 ，他跟阿蘭 、利益艾克森不一樣 。媒体阿蘭早就確定返回巴西 ，人洛艾克森可能連下家都找到了。国富但是决定對洛國富來說，他是不否真的想踢中超比賽。可是為什麽沒有踢成 ？在洛國富背後 ，在歸化球員背後有一張巨大的利益網 。這張巨大的利益網裏麵交織了很多人，大家都在博弈 ，洛國富自己決定不了自己能否踢中超 。”
對於現在的這種情況 ，袁野還表示 ：“中國足球要想好 ，必須打破這張利益網。中國足球有的時候需要敬畏之心，有的是有隻能依靠司法監管 。中國足球想要搞好 ，必須打破背後的經濟利益 。”
