我要评论Donald Glover's had quite the busy 2016, working on much-lauded TV series Atlantaand warming up for 2018's unnamed Han Solo origin film.
But that hasn't stopped him from releasing music under his alias, Childish Gambino. His newest album Awaken, My Lovedropped on Friday, because he wants you to have a good weekend.
SEE ALSO:Childish Gambino's new album release date leakedThe album is a long-awaited follow up to 2013's Because The Internet, and will also be available on a newfangled "virtual reality vinyl" for $59.99, if you're into that.
What's it like? Word is you'll hear strong influences from seminal funk group Parliament and Funkadelic.
