搜狐體育消息，岛北北京時間4月22日，京北际足據記者趙震消息，被国上海申花、联禁青島隊、止注北京北體大被國際足聯禁止注冊新球員。册新

趙震在個人社交媒體寫道：今天有三支球隊被國際足聯禁止注冊新球員了，曝申青島已經不玩了影響不大。花青但是岛北中超的上海申花和北體大都已經簽下了新球員，這個影響不小。京北际足最搞的被国是如果轉會窗口按照之前的4月15號關閉，這兩家俱樂部已經完成注冊了，联禁現在就很尷尬了。止注

著名記者徐江也證實了這個消息，徐江在個人社交媒體寫道：確實上海申花被國際足聯全球範圍內禁止注冊新球員了！不過已經簽了兩個人，這個有點尷尬！所以，欠外國人的錢不行，欠中國球員錢沒事！比如，足協不是給某俱樂部開綠燈了嗎？撤銷禁令！
