3.1兩麵稍煎香後 ，放入迷迭香。
4.2稍煎香一麵後 ，翻鵪鶉和土豆的另一麵再小火慢煎 。
5.煎出迷迭香的香味後，放生抽 。
6.加上少量的水，讓汁燜土豆入味至水幹 。
7.改成中火再煎香鵪鶉表皮 。
8.兩麵都煎好後 ，即可裝碟。
