今天 ，孙世升角已經集訓了二十餘天的林进两队申花 ，進行了一場內部對抗賽 ，球秦球直結果孫世林和秦升各入一球 ，接破兩隊1:1戰平。门申
申花是花内於3月1日結束近兩個月的冬歇期 ，重新在康橋基地集中 ，部对備戰2022賽季 。抗赛根據主教練吳金貴的孙世升角計劃 ，在經過了大約兩周的林进两队體能儲備之後 ，球隊安排一些熱身賽磨合陣容 ，球秦球直也讓隊員逐漸進入到比賽狀態 。接破但受疫情的门申影響，熱身計劃不得不擱置 ，花内球隊隻能進行內部對抗賽 ，部对讓隊員找找比賽的感覺 。
今天的這場內部對抗賽 ，兩支球隊的球員是隨機分組。對於申花的絕大多數隊員而言 ，上一場比賽已是兩個半月前的事情了 。1月3日，申花與河南嵩山龍門進行了2021賽季中超聯賽的最後一輪比賽，隨後球隊放假近兩個月 。這場內部對抗賽中 ，孫世林和秦升各打入一球 ，其中秦升是角球直接破門得分 。
2022賽季的中超聯賽將於4月底開戰 。從目前的疫情狀況看 ，聯賽最初階段已經很難恢複主客場 ，基本上仍將采用賽會製的方式進行 。
