北京時間11月7日 ，下赛英超俱樂部諾維奇宣布，季首球隊主帥法爾克下課 。胜诺在北京時間11月6日晚結束的维奇英超第11輪比賽中，諾維奇2-1戰勝了布倫特福德 ，球队拿到了2021-22賽季的主帅首勝，但是克下课主教練法爾克仍難逃脫下課的命運 。
2017年 ，刚拿官方法爾克成為諾維奇主帥 ，下赛2018/19賽季，季首諾維奇奪得英冠冠軍 ，胜诺升入英超 ，维奇但一個賽季後，球队他們在英超排名墊底降入英冠 。主帅2020-21賽季 ，法爾克率領諾維奇第二次升入英超 。但2021-22賽季至今 ，他們在11輪英超聯賽中 ，僅獲得5個積分，1勝2平5負的成績排在倒數第一 。
