“任何一個領域 ，不隻是足球 ，頂尖選手都有極為強大的自驅力和高自尊 。中國球員普遍缺少這兩種素質 ，更多的是一種抱怨被不理解而不是奮發拿出更好的自己去證明這一點 。這個跟我們從小的青訓理念有關，在教育上太注重知識與技能 ，忽略思想和思維模式的提升 。”
