自2021賽季加盟深圳隊以來 ，月日金特羅出場21次 ，深足取得1個進球及7次助攻 ，官宣幫助球隊在中超聯賽取得近17個賽季以來的金特借加截至今年最佳成績 。他技術出眾、罗租視野開闊 ，盟河擁有不俗的床队遠射及助攻能力，被隊友們親切稱為“小金子” ，租期也深受深圳球迷朋友們喜愛 。
憑借在深圳隊的出色表現，2021年5月 ，金特羅時隔三年後再獲哥倫比亞國家隊征召 ，近半年為國家隊出場6次 ，打進1球 。
