當地時間2月19日 ，亚特意甲亞特蘭大俱樂部官方宣布 ，官方公告美國商人帕柳卡領導的宣布貝恩集團購買了亞特蘭大母公司55%的股份 ，而亞特蘭大主席佩爾卡西將留在俱樂部。美国母
亞特蘭大官網發布公告稱 ：“亞特蘭大俱樂部宣布 ，资金佩爾卡西家族和貝恩資本集團主席帕柳卡領導的收购司股一群投資者簽署合作協議，帕柳卡和合作夥伴收購了La Dea Srl公司55%的亚特股份，而佩爾卡西家族則保留公司45%的官方公告股份。La Dea Srl公司是宣布佩爾卡西家族的子公司 ，擁有亞特蘭大俱樂部大約86%的美国母股份 。”《羅馬體育報》稱這部分股份的资金價值超過4億歐元 。
公告接著說：“佩爾卡西家族仍然將是收购司股俱樂部主要的單一股東 ，而雙方的亚特合作管理將體現一種平等夥伴關係 ：佩爾卡西父子將繼續擔任亞特蘭大俱樂部主席和CEO，帕柳卡被任命為亞特蘭大俱樂部的官方公告聯合主席。”帕柳卡還是宣布NBA俱樂部波士頓凱爾特人的共同所有人之一 ，如今他又準備進軍足壇 。
此前就有傳聞稱亞特蘭大準備引進美國資本，但當時傳聞的是美國KKR基金，並遭到了美國KKR基金的否認 。如今帕柳卡領導的美國投資人購買了亞特蘭大俱樂部股份，亞特蘭大也成為羅馬 、佛羅倫薩 、熱那亞 、斯帕爾等球隊之後又一家被美國資金掌控的意甲俱樂部。
