北京時間2月8日，媒体河北隊在官方賬號上宣布，人廊河北足球俱樂部一線隊原定於今天開始的坊体冬訓工作因故推遲。對於這一突發情況，育局媒體人李璿發文解讀了河北隊目前的对河情況：

1.俱樂部目前沒有正式通知員工複工，新賽季很多工作，北队并比如冬訓、股改聯賽準入、积极場地養護等工作無法正常開展。承诺

2.俱樂部的始终訓練基地仍處於運營停滯狀態。

3.一線隊和各級梯隊均沒有收到集訓通知。未兑

盡管河北足球俱樂部層麵一直在通過各種方法努力自救，媒体但廊坊市相關方麵對俱樂部的人廊一些承諾始終沒有兌現，股改工作至今沒有任何說法，坊体俱樂部沒有資金啟動冬訓工作。育局
