7.2盛入盤中備用 。
8.倒入紅剁椒。
9.加入生抽 。
10.淋入適量冷水 ，加入胡椒粉，煮開 。
11.將澱粉水倒入鍋中 ，勾薄芡 。
12.欠汁淋在刁子魚上即可 。
