北京時間3月14日消息 ，土帅據天津日報報道 ，洋帅运下周三 ，入围中國足協對U16國足主帥的足主5位候選者進行麵試 ，昔日的帅面试目“桑巴男孩”張效瑞是候選者之一 。本屆U16國足的标打遠期目標是力爭打進2028年洛杉磯奧運會決賽圈 。
2月24日 ，进奥中國足協發出選聘U16國家男子足球隊主教練的土帅通知 ，經過第一階段考核 ，洋帅运劉俊威 、入围魏新 、足主楊晨 、帅面试目張效瑞四名本土教練和一名外籍教練入圍麵試 。标打按照計劃 ，进奥下周三上午候選教練員到中國足協抽取麵試順序，土帅下午候選者接受麵試 。
張效瑞退役後擔任過職業俱樂部主教練 、總經理 、領隊 、助理教練等多項工作 。去年擔任深圳佳兆業隊中方助理教練 ，同年8月擔任代理主教練 ，在小克魯伊夫到來前 ，深足在張效瑞指揮下4戰2勝1平1負 ，令人刮目相看。特別值得一提的是 ，張效瑞有自己的青訓俱樂部 ，對培養青少年踢球頗有心得 。
