當地時間本周三 ，官方國際足聯官方宣布 ，乌克對轉會政策進行臨時調整 。兰球在轉會窗口關閉的注册情況下 ，烏克蘭球員被允許與其他聯賽球隊簽約 ，其联並且獲得注冊 。限转
FIFA出台這一臨時規定，官方是乌克為了保護烏克蘭球員的個人利益。如果烏克蘭球員在合法途徑下離開烏克蘭，兰球他們將能夠加盟其他聯賽球隊 ，注册並且獲得注冊 。其联即便該聯賽不處於轉會期 ，限转也不影響為烏克蘭球員進行注冊。官方通過這一臨時規定 ，乌克每家俱樂部最多隻能注冊兩名烏克蘭球員 。兰球
在此之前 ，FIFA曾經對轉會政策進行過一次調整 。3月8日，FIFA官方宣布 ，對於烏克蘭和俄羅斯聯賽采用臨時轉會製度 。在烏克蘭工作的外籍球員和外籍教練，合同立刻被自動中止 ，他們可以以自由轉會的方式加盟並注冊任何其他聯賽球隊 。在俄羅斯工作的外籍球員和外籍員工 ，有權單方麵中止合同 ，並以自由轉會的方式加盟任何其他聯賽球隊。哪怕俄羅斯俱樂部不願放人 ，外籍教練和球員仍然可以單方麵解約 ，他們不用承擔任何被處罰的風險 。
