5.果用木鏟攪拌熬成果醬渣放進不粘鍋加冰糖大火燒開
6.果醬變黏稠改小火(中間要不停的攪拌防止粘鍋)擠入少許檸檬汁攪勻
7.果醬做好關火裝進碗裏或玻璃瓶
