盧卡斯身高188cm ，身體強壯 ，頭球能力出色 ，有不俗的向前傳球及後場組織能力 。截至目前 ，盧卡斯2021/22賽季共為波爾蒂芒人出場30次 ，傳球成功率88%，搶斷216次 ，鏟斷82次 ，攔截198次，拚搶成功率68%，是球隊的鐵血戰士，他的加盟也將極大地補強浙江隊的防線。
