亞足聯在官方通知中稱 ：根據《2022年亞冠聯賽競賽規程》 ，亚足亚冠原定於3月15日長春亞泰參加的联官联赛附加賽將被取消；3月8日悉尼FC與卡雅之間的亞冠預選賽勝者將直接落位H組 。
此前，春亚出年亞足聯公布了2022年亞冠的泰退賽程 ，新賽季亞冠聯賽東亞大區小組賽將於4月15日至5月1日進行 。亚足亚冠此外 ，联官联赛按照亞足聯16日官宣的春亚出年結果 ，亞冠東亞大區小組賽將分別在泰國 、泰退馬來西亞 、亚足亚冠越南進行 。联官联赛這意味著 ，春亚出年中超4隊（如果亞泰隊資格賽取勝）必須赴境外參賽 。並且將麵臨與中超聯賽撞車的危險 。

I組 ：川崎前鋒（日本） 、廣州隊（中國） 、柔佛DT（馬來西亞） 、資格賽球隊3（蔚山現代/泰港）
J組：上海海港（中國） 、清萊聯(泰國)、傑誌（中國香港） 、資格賽球隊2（可能神戶勝利船）
