北京時間12月11日下午 ，河南2021賽季中超聯賽第15輪河南嵩山龍門VS大連人的代理賽前發布會在蘇州賽區新聞發布廳舉行。河南嵩山龍門一線隊代理主教練安東尼奧攜球員王上源出席新聞發布會 ，主帅並在采訪中談到了球隊的不考備戰情況以及球隊目標 。
首先 ，虑积零开力拼安東尼奧介紹了球隊的始全赛備戰情況 。安東尼奧表示 ：“球隊備戰非常早，场比9月份就在準備足協杯 ，河南並且打到了半決賽 。代理因此 ，主帅球隊的不考訓練沒有中斷 ，這對備戰聯賽第二階段非常有利。虑积零开力拼非常期待接下來的始全赛比賽 ，我們不考慮積分 ，场比最後八場要從零開始，河南全力拚下每一場比賽，希望能夠獲得最好的結果 。”
隨後 ，一起出席新聞發布會的球員王上源也談到了球隊的現狀 ：“所有球員都做好了準備 ，希望能在主教練的帶領下 ，打好每一場比賽。保級組的比賽會很困難 ，但我們會打出河南的精神麵貌 。”
談到球隊目標 ，安東尼奧直言 ：“我們現在的首要目標是盡快完成理論上的保級 。我們有非常多的年輕球員，其中很大一部分是河南本土青訓球員 ，而培養年輕人一直是俱樂部可持續發展的重要一環 。”
