4.鍋底放適量冰糖或白糖 ，我用的豆糖是白糖 ，放了炒菜用的勺子的那麽一大勺 。再放入同等比例的水，小火熬製到起大泡，基本就好了 。一定要注意火候 。我剛開始熬了會 ，用來試糖的那兩串 ，就不是很成功 ，糖發白，就是沒熬好 ，等熬到變黃發焦基本就好了。
5.將熬好的糖漿澆到山藥豆串上 ，放到粘了涼水的盤裏晾涼就可以吃了 。如果糖冷了，再加熱到融化就好了 。
6.其實糖葫蘆用紅糖熬製也是一樣的 ，隻不過顏色上可能有些深就是了 。總結了一下 ，基本成功 ，有待進一步提高，嘻嘻 。
