保持專注，武汉外援全心投入，镇冒战中整训武漢三鎮隊在佛山的雨备集訓已持續兩周。今天，超两佛山氣溫下降伴有陣雨，仍恢三鎮球員們按教練組的复调既定計劃，以極高的练组專注度在雨中完成了90分鍾的場地訓練。

今天教練組主要針對力量訓練安排了專項練習。武汉外援除馬爾康和斯坦丘在進行恢複調整訓練外，镇冒战中整训其他球員完成慢跑和充分熱身後，雨备分組進行了靈敏速度、超两傳搶、仍恢對抗等訓練項目，复调大家全身心投入，练组絲毫沒有受到天氣變化的武汉外援影響。
