有消息顯示 ，河北上級相關部門給廊坊市體育局下撥了1000萬的队股足球專項資金，用於廊坊足球的改仍發展 。作為廊坊地區唯一的職業俱樂部 ，同時河北足球俱樂部的青訓也紮根於廊坊 ，在這種情況下 ，河北足球俱樂部一直和廊坊市體育局保持聯係 ，俱樂部工作人員和球員代表也多次到廊坊市體育局匯報工作 ，協調相關事宜，希望能夠申請到這筆資金 。然而 ，這筆專項資金至今和俱樂部無緣 ，這也讓俱樂部及球員對未來的股改充滿悲觀情緒 。
