中超第二階段以來 ，队股河北隊的改仍四場比賽戰績是2平2負 ，河北隊目前麵臨的无进情況仍舊非常艱難，盡管球隊正常參加了第二階段的展上资金聯賽 ，但俱樂部的拨万股改情況仍舊沒有進展。
有消息顯示 ，河北上級相關部門給廊坊市體育局下撥了1000萬的队股足球專項資金 ，用於廊坊足球的改仍發展 。作為廊坊地區唯一的職業俱樂部，同時河北足球俱樂部的青訓也紮根於廊坊 ，在這種情況下 ，河北足球俱樂部一直和廊坊市體育局保持聯係 ，俱樂部工作人員和球員代表也多次到廊坊市體育局匯報工作 ，協調相關事宜 ，希望能夠申請到這筆資金 。然而，這筆專項資金至今和俱樂部無緣 ，這也讓俱樂部及球員對未來的股改充滿悲觀情緒 。
