祝一帆表示 ：看到了南通支雲足球俱樂部公開的伎俩言論後 ，澄清以下幾點 ：
一 、祝帆中國足協的南通仲裁是一裁終局 ，裁決書裏寫的队牵的事十分清楚 ，這個裁決是扯合不允許上訴的 ，更何談申訴問題 ，同外完全是俱樂部不尊重判罰，拒不執行 。
二 、合同爭議已經在中國足球仲裁委審查完畢 ，事實非常清楚 ，俱樂部在沒有任何確鑿證據的情況下，說合同外的事情完全是混淆視聽，轉移輿論視線 ，這是俱樂部的一種伎倆 。
三 、如果俱樂部在沒有確鑿證據的情況下在媒體發表或者公布一些不真實的問題 ，我本人將通過法律途徑維護合法權益 ！
