北京時間3月3日 ，英超據《曼徹斯特晚報》報道 ，声援英超聯賽官方宣布了在本周末的乌克比賽日中聲援烏克蘭 ，“展示團結”的兰铺計劃，其中包括當地時間周日進行的天盖曼徹斯特德比這樣的重要比賽。
英超聯賽官方表示 ：英超聯賽與我們的地袖俱樂部全心全意的反對俄羅斯的行為 ，並將在本周末的标广所有比賽中表現出對烏克蘭人民的支持 。
