Well, Natalie Bancroft of Spokane Valley, Washington, naturally delivered a healthy baby boy in her home that weighed 11 pounds 2 ounces at birth. No, that's not a typo, her child weighed 11 pounds 2 ounces at birth.

Fifield also notes that the child's gender was a surprise to Bancroft, which may have added to the surprise on her face in the photos.
